ADMISSION PROCEDURE (2021-22)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS [BCA Semester I]
The Admission procedure shall be online and shall be done off
campus in the following manner:
 The Admission Committee has prepared the Provisional Merit list of the eligible
candidates who have applied, after online verification of the submitted documents.
 The merit list shall be displayed on the Admission Portal of the St Xavier’s College
(Autonomous), Ahmedabad.
 Allotment of seats shall be made on the basis of merit, category of the candidate and
availability of seats.
 The admission procedure is completely online and no one is permitted to visit the
campus.
 For students who have not given the XII examination in 2021 but in previous years, 15
marks per year up to a maximum of 30 marks have been deducted from the grand total.
 All candidates who get Admission need to pay the College Fees within the stipulated
time to confirm their seat. Failure to pay the fees within the stipulated time leads to
automatic cancellation of admission or loss of the seat. Time period to pay the fees
will be from on 29-09-2021 to 03-10-2021. Use the same login credentials to login,
used for form fill up for St Xavier’s College.

VERY IMPORTANT:

 Please note that you will be granted admission via online verification of documents.
Subsequently, if the Admission Committee of the College finds any certificate,
testimonial, or information submitted by any candidate, incorrect or false, the
candidature of such candidate shall be cancelled for that year and he/ she shall be
disqualified.

FOR CANDITATES WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR BCA

Please read all the following points very carefully before paying the fees:

 Scenario
Example: The candidate who has applied for BCA, and if his/her name appears in the merit,
he/she must pay the fees in the stipulated time frame or else he/she will lose the right to the
admission.
NOTE: All fees will be accepted in online mode only.
Fees Payment:
Payment of fees will be online through the Payment gateway; one can pay through debit/credit
card or net banking (Charges may apply). Payment of fees must be done within the stipulated
time to secure the admission.

Fees Refund:
Fees can be refunded as mentioned in Fees & Deposit section on the Admission Portal. Also
please refer the “Refund rules” on the Admission portal.
