Welfare (EDN) Department, G.O.Ms.14 Higher Education(E.C) Department dated ___ and relevant instructions issued by Social
Welfare Dept., Govt. of A.P from time to time. If the candidate found not eligible for fee reimbursement, the candidate shall have to
pay the total fee as prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh
Instructions to Candidates

1. The candidate is instructed to download the allotment order from https://apeamcet.nic.in .

2. The candidate is instructed to report through ''Candidates Login' from website https://apeamcet.nic.in through a self-reporting
system.
3. Further the candidate is instructed to take print out of two copies of joining report, allotment order and receipt of certificate and
report to the allotted College. Submit a copy of joining report, allotment order and receipt of certificate and obtain acknowledgement
on 2nd copy of joining report from the College where you have reported and retain with you.
4. Candidates whose certificates are verified through online has to download receipt of certificate also and submit at the allotted
college along with joining report and allotment order.
5. The candidate is instructed that Self reporting and reporting at the allotted college is compulsory to retain the present allotment.
The last date for Self-reporting and reporting at the allotted college is ___.
6. If the candidate do not report through self-reporting system and/or not reporting at the allotted college, the provisional allotment
will be treated as a vacancy for the subsequent phase and the provisional allotment of 1st phase will automatically stands cancelled
and the candidate have no claim on the seat allotted.
7. It is informed that the academic credentials verified if found false at a later date, the candidate’s allotment will be cancelled and
the candidate is liable for criminal prosecution.
8. It is instructed that the candidate is not required to deposit original certificates in the college/Institute at the time of admission.
The candidate can produce original certificates only for the purpose of verification in the college/Institute and can submit only Xerox
copies in the college/Institute.
9. Further is instructed that the candidates who are not eligible for fee reimbursement shall pay the tuition fee after final phase only.
In this regard, the College managements are instructed not to collect any type of fee from the candidates till the final phase of
admissions.
