under ”Jagananna Vidhya Deevena(RTF)” scheme subject to verification and eligibility criteria prescribed by Government of Andhra
Pradesh vide G.O.Ms.No:66 dated 08/09/2010 of Social Welfare (SW.EDN.2) Department, G.O.Ms.No:115, dated 30/11/2019 of
Social Welfare (EDN) Department, G.O.Ms.14 Higher Education(E.C)Department dated 23-03-2020 and relevant instructions issued
by Social Welfare Dept. and Higher Education Dept. Govt. of A.P from time to time. If any candidate is found not eligible for fee
reimbursement, at a later date, the candidate shall have to pay the total fee as prescribed by the Competent authority. You are
eligible for tuition fee reimbursement under Jagananna Vidya deevana Scheme. The tuition fee will be paid to your mother’s bank
account in four quarters. Hence, you are requested to pay the tuition fee amount within one week to the college from the date of
receiving the tuition fee amount from the government.
As per the Government directions the (i) “Jagananna Vidya Deevena (RTF)” and (ii) “Jagananna Vasathi Deevena (MTF)”
schemes shall be applicable to the students admitted in Pharm-D course under convener quota, either under regular or self-finance
mode, in the Private Aided and Private Unaided Degree/PG Colleges from the academic year 2020-21 fresh admissions for the
FIRST FOUR YEARS ONLY OUT OF 6 YEARS INTEGRATED COURSE.
Instructions to Candidates :

1. The candidate is instructed to download the allotment order from https://sche.ap.gov.in .

2. The candidate is instructed to report by clicking on ““Allotment letter and Self-Reporting” under “Forms” tab through self-reporting
system from website https://sche.ap.gov.in .
3. Further the candidate is instructed to take print out of two copies of joining report and allotment order and report to the allotted
college. Submit a copy of joining report, allotment order and obtain acknowledgement on 2nd copy of joining report from the college
where you have reported and retain with you.
4. The candidate is instructed that Self reporting and reporting at the allotted college is compulsory to retain the present allotment.
The last date for Self-reporting and reporting at the allotted college is 06.01.2022.
5. If the candidate do not report through self-reporting system and/or not reporting at the allotted college, the provisional allotment
will be treated as a vacancy for the subsequent phase and the provisional allotment of 1st phase will automatically stands cancelled
and the candidate has no claim on the seat allotted.
6. It is informed that the academic credentials verified if found false at a later date, the candidate’s allotment will be cancelled and
the candidate is liable for criminal prosecution.
7. It is instructed that the candidate is not required to deposit original certificates in the college/Institute at the time of admission.
The candidate can produce original certificates only for the purpose of verification in the college/Institute and can submit only Xerox
copies in the college/Institute.
 8. Further is instructed that the candidates who are not eligible for fee reimbursement shall pay the tuition fee after final phase only.
In this regard, the College managements are instructed not to collect any type of fee from the candidates till the final phase of
admissions.
9. All the Principals are requested to verify the original certificates viz caste, study, income, EWS and Intermediate certificates, of
the admitted candidates thoroughly; and requested to bring to the notice of the Convenor, APEAPCET –2021 Admissions for any
deviation.
10. The class work already commenced. Candidates are directed to report to the allotted college immediately.
