Tuition Fee fixed for the college/course is Rs. 4700 /- .
Tuition fee to be paid by the candidate at the time of admission is Rs. 0 /- .
The student belonging to SC/ ST/ BC/ EBC/ Disabled/ Minority categories will be considered for Reimbursement of Tuition Fee
under ”Jagananna Vidhya Deevena(RTF)”scheme subject to verification and eligibility criteria prescribed by Government of Andhra
Pradesh vide G.O.Ms.No:66 dated 08/09/2010 of Social Welfare (SW.EDN.2) Department, G.O.Ms.No:115, dated 30/11/2019 of
Social Welfare (EDN) Department, G.O.Ms.No:28 dated 16/06/2020 of Social Welfare (EDN.) Department, and relevant instructions
issued by Social Welfare Dept. and Skills Development and Training Dept, Govt. of A.P from time to time. If any candidate is found
not eligible for fee reimbursement, at a later date, the candidate shall have to pay the total fee as prescribed by the Government of
A.P. vide G.O. Rt No. 138 dated 09-07-2018 of Higher Education (TE) Dept. It is informed that you are eligible for tuition fee
reimbursement under Jagananna Vidya deevana Scheme. The tuition fee will be paid to your mother’s bank account in four
quarters. Hence, you are requested to pay the tuition fee amount within one week to the Polytechnic/College from the date of
receiving the tuition fee amount from the Government.
Instructions to Candidates:

1. The candidate who has secured fresh allotment shall report through website https://appolycet.nic.in through self-reporting
system, take print out of two copies of joining report and report to the Polytechnic /Institution allotted, submit joining report on
or before 14.09.2022.
2. The candidate who has been re-allotted to the Polytechnic/Institution/ in the respective course shall report through website
https://appolycet.nic.in through self-reporting system once again and report at the re-allotted Polytechnic/ Institution on or
before 14.09.2022.
3. Both self-reporting and reporting at the allotted College is compulsory to retain the present allotment. The last date for Sel-
reporting and reporting at the allotted institution is 14.09.2022
4. If the candidate does not report through self-reporting and at the allotted institution the provisional allotment will be
treated as a vacancy and the provisional allotment of final phase will automatically stands cancel and the candidate
has no claim on the seat now allotted.
5. The academic credentials verified now in web counselling found false at later date, the candidate is liable for criminal
prosecution.
6. The Candidate is not required to deposit original certificates in the Polytechnic/Institution at the time of admission. The
candidate can produce original certificates only for the purpose of verification in the Polytechnic/Institution and can submit
only two sets of Xerox copies in the Polytechnic/Institution.
7. Further is instructed that the candidates who are not eligible for fee reimbursement shall pay the tuition fee.
8. All the Principals are requested to verify the original certificates viz caste, study, income, EWS and Intermediate certificates,
of the admitted candidates thoroughly; and requested to bring to the notice of the Convenor, APPOLYCET –2022 Admissions
for any deviation.
9. The class work already commenced. Candidates are directed to report to the allotted Polytechnic/institution immediately.
