Association: I worked with Chris when
I was a Kindergarten Paraprofessional.
I traveled between her class and
another every day. I constructed small
groups as well as worked out lesson
plans to help students who were scoring
lower than wanted. I also helped her
with daily work and monitoring the
daily progress of students when doing
classwork or individual work

Association: I tutored Ayanna’s
daughter who had fallen behind in her
3rd grade year. I spent two hours every
other day working on reading, math and
a little bit of social studies. I sat with
Ayanna and looked through missing
assignments and test scores, created a
plan of action and then asked to be kept
up to date on progress.
