Game Meeting Minutes

March 25th, 2022

*Meeting Called To Order At 12:15PM*

Those in attendance: Abby Hendley, Nathan Gaines, Sofia Grewal, James Wilkins,
Nathan Curless, Gia Grewal, Ximena Del Toro, Claire Morris

I. Disscuss Event Date Change

- Due to obstacles like spring break, we changed the event date to April 15th to
April 29th.

- Mr. Perez submitted the new date request and canceled the previous one.

II. Ticket Status

- The tickets to get into the game were purchased, the form was filled out and
accepted

- Charging $5 entry fee

III. Student Players

- A decided 10 players to each grade level, 5 girls and 5 boys

- Abby made a flyer to send out to players that we request to play

- Claire will send out invites to girls, Nathan C will send out to boys

- Discussed the possible players to invite

IV. Tasks

- Ximena: procedure form and ticket request

- Claire: player invites and contacting

- Abby: invite creating

- Sofia and Gia: Publicity

- Nathan C: player invites and contacting
