ranging from half an acre to over 1000 acres using Civil 3D, ArcGIS, WaterCAD, and StormCAD
• Researched municipal code to comply with building setback and landscape buffer requirements to
create concept site plans of Wawa and 7-Eleven gas stations in North Carolina and Virginia
• Prepared submittals to local municipalities by drafting and compiling the narrative, plan sheets, and
engineering appendices that contained the required calculations for the drawings
• Performed calculations for utility fixtures and utility crossings, drainage areas, and permeable
surfaces on the site to ensure that there are no environmental or constructability issues
