Welcome to the Workhorse Custom Chassis Electronic Service Information.

This CD is a combination of ten (10) different service publications. There are
approximately 10,000 pages of service information contained on this CD.
Due to the size of the documents, WCC highly recommends that you do not
try to print the documents in their entiretly. However, if you need to print a
single page, or several pages, you can select specific pages to print. If you
wish to print the current page being viewed, click on the File drop down
menu, then select Print. Select Current Page, then select the OK button. If
you want to print a series of pages, click on the File drop down menu, then
select Print. Select Pages From:, then enter the first page you want to print
in the box on the left, and enter the last page you want to print in the box on
the right. The graphic below will provide more information.

Select this one, if you

only want to print the
current page.
Enter the page number
of the first page of the
print selection here.

Enter the page number

of the last page of the

want to print multiple
pages. When printing multiple pages, use the page

If you would like to receive an additional electronic, or paper copy of the
service information, it can be ordered from Transworld Printing. Refer to the
Transworld Printing Order Form for ordering and pricing information.
Navigating the files
The recommended method for navigating through the service information is to
use the Table of Contents (TOC) that is located at the beginning of each file.
Each line in the TOC is linked to the first page of the related service
information. For example, in Volume 7, the TOC on page 4 has four listings.
If you select Engine Controls – 4.8L and 6.0L, you will be taken to the TOC
for Engine Controls – 4.8L and 6.0L. From there, if you select DTC P0108,
you will be taken to the first page covering DTC P0108. From there, you can
scroll down through the service information. To back up, to the TOC for
Engine Controls – 4.8L and 6.0L, use the left arrow button at the bottom of
the screen. If you have backed up a step, you can use the right arrow button at
the bottom of the screen to move a step forward.

Use the navigation buttons built into Adobe

Reader 7.0 to move forward or backward one
step at a time. This function is very similar to
the forward and back functions built into many
web browsers.

To continue to the Main Table of Contents, click your mouse on this line.
