That initially the said Property was owned and possessed by Government

That thereafter the said Property Bhopal Department Authority, Bhopal who
had the lease of the said Property for 10 years in favor of Mr. Shri Niwas
Dharmadhikari S/o Mr. Trimbakcam Dharmadhikari, Age-Adult, R/o-Bhopal
through a registered Lease deed Dated-02.09.1978 in Book No. A-1. Vol. No.
2068 document serial No. 2635
That thereafter the Death of Mr. Shri Niwas Dharmadhikari S/a Mr.
Trimbakam Dharmadhikari said Property inutited in the name of his legal heirs
his wife Mrs. Sunita Dharmadhikars & 3 Daughters Ku. Sangeeta
Dharmadhikari, Ku. Anita Dharmadhikari, Ku, Kavita Dharmadhikan all D/o
Late Mr. Shri Niwas Dharmadhikari and his son Mr.Shailesh Dharmadhikan S/o
Late Mr. Shri Niwas Dharmadhikari All R/o Bhopal
That thereafter Mrs. Sunita Dharmadhikari & (3) Daughters Ku. Sangeeta
Dharmadhikari Ka Anita Dharmadhikari, Ku. Kavita Dharmadhikari all D/o
Late Mr. Shri Niwas Dharmadhikari and his son Mr.Shailesh Dharmadhikari
S/o Late Mr. Shri Niwas Dharmadhikart All R/o-Bhopal who had the sale of the
said Property in favor of Mrs. Pusha Tanırakar w/o Mr. Rajendra Tamrakar R/o-
17, M.P. Nagar, Zone -1. Bhopal through through a registered sale deed, which
is registered and endorsed in the office of Sub Registrar Bhopal dated on
03.07.1997 in Book No. A-1, Vol. No-12658 Document serial No.-1487.
That thereafter Bhopal Department Authority, Bhopal who had Renewal the
lease of the said Property for 30 years out in favor of Mrs. Pushpa Tamrakar
w/o Mr. Rajendra Tamrakar & Mr. Anand Tamrakar S/o Mr. Rajendra
Tamraitar, both R/o-17, M.P. Nagar, Zone -1. Bhopal through a registered
Renewal lease deed dated 20.11.2009, which is registered and endorsed in the
office of Sub Registrar Bhopal dated on 03.03.2012 in Book No. A 1, Val No.
39349 document serial No. 1648/5
That it is advised to the Bank to inspect the said immovable property for
physical verification before disbursing the said loan.
