3. BFP Municipal Station, San Rafael Bulacan
4. BJMP, Baliuag Station

Attached herewith is the CHED memorandum pertaining to the guidelines of Internship. Rest assured that our
students will follow protocols and guidelines of LGU and Bureaus. We will submit copy of their vaccination if
necessary.
