name format. Last name, First Name, and Middle name. (Logdat, Jerry Mark
Lamac). Strictly just upload yours and do not even try to edit, view, and delete
someone’s work.

The deadline for submission will be on April 22, 2022. Failure to comply
with the said date will automatically gain ZERO in the said pre-activity. You
have exactly one week to make the said activity and can make necessary
adjustments if possible.
