In her position as Student Teacher, Emma was assigned to our classroom (6"-8" grade Autistic Support Classroom) from March 14, 2022 - May 6, 2022. Throughout her time with our school, she demonstrated skills that would make her a good employee at your company. Emma did a terrific job in her position and was an asset to our classroom during her tenure with the school. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is organized, can work independently, and is able to effectively multi-task with a wide variety of learning abilities to ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner. Because of her effectiveness, we gave her additional responsibilities, including additional practice in math and reading for our lowest leveled learner. Emma worked hard to provide a variety of activities in that assignment. Emma developed a rapport with all the students in our classroom, as well as the staff in the room and hallway. She also learned the value of getting to know your students that benefitted academics and classroom management. ‘She would be an asset to any employer, and we recommend her for any endeavor she chooses to pursue.
