Teacher can facilitate involvement in the community which is really matter and important, in order to

the community support the teachers a I think one of the best thing is giving and using available
resources in the community which is needed in teaching multi grade CLASSESS

example is lack of chair, table, books and other learning materials the community will be able to give

For me classroom management is like taking care of your self it will make you organize you will ensure
that they have an positive outcome like taking care of yourself. Classroom management will be the way
to ensure the students learning, students willingness, students desire to learn so it is really that you
practicing classroom management because it will help you to be a successful teacher. Classroom
management will show how you manage your self are, and who among us want to look not presentable,
