GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, PEDRO T. MADRIGAL, of legal age, Filipino, and with residential address at 123
Rizal St., Brgy. Poblacion, Marilao, Bulacan, do hereby name, appoint and constitute my
wife, ALMA L. MADRIGAL, of legal age, Filipino, and with residential address at 123
Rizal St., Brgy. Poblacion, Marilao, Bulacan, as my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to do and
perform, for and on my behalf, any or all of the following acts, to wit:

a. To manage my property located at 987 Brgy. Santos, Marilao, Bulacan, the

responsibilities of which include but are not limited to the expansion, maintenance, and
upgrade of the same;

b. To pay for the necessary taxes and repairs needed on the aforementioned property

Giving and granting unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority necessary and
required to carry out the acts as fully to all intents and purposes as I might do or lawfully do if
personally present, with power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue
of these presents.
