CERTIFICATION FEES:

Bar Membership: P100.00 + P40.00

Bar Grades: P100.00 + P40.00

Good Standing (Legal Purpose/Notarial Commission): P100.00 + P40.00

(additional P40.00 is for the payment of Documentary Stamp Tax)

Payment of Fees such as legal fees, documentary stamp fees, mailing fee shall be made
through LBC Pera Padala Pesopak.

Payment made thru LBC Regular PICK-UP shall NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED/ACCEPTED by

the office
