A. Express what you have learned in this lesson by answering the questions below.

1. How to determine whether the function is continuous or not at a certain point?

 For a function to be continuous at a point, its limit must exist at that point, and
the value of the function at another point must equal its limit while the function
which is not at a certain point may be classified as removable,jump or infinite.

2. How to determine whether the function is continuous or not on a closed interval?

 A function is continuous over an open interval if it is continuous at every point in


the interval and it is continuous over a closed interval if it is continuous at every
point in its interior and is continuous at its endpoints.
