Since I have learned all the other topics, the others are quite familiar to me because I
have studied them since high school. When ma’am took the lesson, I was always
focused because I prefer to be able to recite. So what I improved on myself was the
physical fitness, because of the video that was danced like line dance and movement in
dance. Maybe the best part for me and I was surprised was the clapping activity since
we weren't asked to do it in high school, I only found out about it now. I feel happy with
myself, because I enjoy doing it more, especially at home, because it feels different to
be with your classmates, especially your professor who participates in physical
activities, because that's where you have a friendship, not only to your classmates but
also to your professor. There are health benefits to line dance that reduce or lower the
risk of developing dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, most of which are senior citizens. In
folk dance, its benefits are to increase flexibility, reduce stress, improve our balance and
increase our confidence. For me, he is not related to the course I took which is civil
engineering but I will also relate him to my healthy lifestyle because it is more important
to take care of our body especially in our current situation where it is dangerous to have
COVID-19, you don't realize that you feel no symptoms but you are a carrier of the
disease yourself. It is difficult to infect your loved ones, because you are always with
them at home.
