Standard Operating Procedure for Talent Acquisition


1. Purpose : For hiring of best talents on RCCPL roll

2. Scope : Hiring of permanent employee under RCCPL

3. Responsibility : Recruitment Manager

4. Procedure :

1. Create position description in prescribed format detailing nature of


responsibilities, Qualification, experience, skill sets / competencies
required and identify the position in OC.
2. Create MRF in prescribed format (Annexure – A) and process the same
for approval at different levels.

3. The resumes are sourced from all possible sources like those received
through emails, posts , courier, given by hand or as sourced from
manpower consultants.
4. Shortlisting of resumes based on position description requirement by
respective HOD, Unit Head and HR.

5. Screening of candidates against their position requirement by


a. Respective HOD, respective reporting Officer, HR
b. Unit Head / Functional Head / Corporate HR ( depending on grade
of vacant position)

6. Filling necessary documents like interview assessments with


recommendation of interview panel members are being done through
Candidate Assessment Sheet (CAS) (Annexure – B)

7. Interview documents (EAF , Annexure – C, CAS and other related


documents submitted by the candidate) are being sent to Corporate
Office from Unit HR for salary negotiation and offer for employment.
