This letter is intended to propose and seek for your approval to conduct an extension-
related cum extra-curricular activity, “Pitch your Passion”, and to provide funds
therefor. This is a community-based project proposal presentation contest which
primarily aims to motivate students’ participation in planning for the college’s
extension projects. As planned, this contest is aimed to be a part of this year’s
Founder’s Week Celebration.
In reference to our proposed community extension activities and programs for this
academic year, this will be facilitated by the Dagyaw Community Extension Office,
College of Teacher Education, Arts and Sciences, and Student Government. A
standard format of the project proposal will be provided and will be judged by a panel

representing the government, NGO, academe, and the industry. The output of this
contest will be the furnished Project Proposals to be utilized and implemented by the
college.
