1.1.1: History
DP&C Group is a multi-industry investment group established in 2002 with just about 10
employees. They started working as a software development team , operating in 3 core
areas of construction investment (Construction Investment), commerce (Commerce) and
digital technology solutions (IT Solutions). Obtained ISO9001 certificate in early 2006,
DP&C Group have experienced specialists in architecture, interior design, construction
and IT solutions. The team of experts has been acknowledged for their working
experience, exquisite sense of aestheticism and insightful knowledge about an extensive
range of industry sectors, which shows the ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of
both foreign and domestic clients. Choi Xuan Co., Ltd was a small company member in
the DP&C Group Network.
1.1.2: Mission, vision and core value

As a member company of DP&C Group, Choi Xuan carries with the mission of building
a core technology system that makes DP&C one of the pioneers operating on the digital
technology platform. In the short term, technology systems are applied in the company's
business and operation activities, helping to optimize the internal management efficiency
of the organization itself. In the long term, it will gradually improve and become the
foundation of the company. to develop into strategic technology products, turning Choi
Xuan into a technology enterprise with a sustainable competitive advantage.

Choi Xuan’s vision is to be a consulting and executing company that takes the lead in
giving insights into clients’ needs and psychology. This expertise draws from our
experience working on a wide range of design and build projects and our exquisite sense
to interpret clients’ ideas and imagination. Therefore, Choi Xuan is always looking
forward to giving customers peace of mind and the best experience when using their
technology service system. Furthermore, the corporation always creates a professional
working environment, maximizes the worker's rights and honors employees so that they
would be able to make the most valuable contribution to the company.

the top priority in the operation and development of the corporation. First, the company is
always aware of the importance of customers, always wants to bring the best technology
service experience to customers, so the company always puts all its efforts into work,

well as through the members of the organization. Being responsible for yourself is
responsible for your work, and at the same time, responsibility for the company and
customers will be pushed to the highest.

1.1.3. Organizational structure


Starting from the topmost position – the Board of Directors (BOD), whose roles include
guiding and controlling the top executives in formulating, implementing, evaluating and
managing objectives, policies and strategies. Additionally, BOD undertakes main issues
in shaping and developing the organization's mission and vision. When it comes to the
Board of Management (BOM), its role is to define the long-term goals and strategies for
Choi Xuan Co., Ltd, and set forth the principles and directives for the resulting corporate
policies. Besides, BOM joins responsibility for running the operational business as a
whole, including not only coordinating and monitoring the essential activities but also
developing and deploying managerial staff. As a result, BOM plays a vital role in
maintaining the communication between BOD and the executive teams.
Under the direct supervision of BOM is the executive teams that comprise five different
central departments assigned to serve various tasks:
1. The Finance Department ensures the efficient financial management and financial
controls necessary to support all business activities.
2. The Operation Department is in charge of the general running of the organization. It is
mandated to provide administrative and logistical support to all departments of the Choi
Xuan Co., Ltd
3. The Human Resources Department manages a company's human capital, ranging from
attracting and retaining talents to guaranteeing the interests and well-being of employees
to meet the established business objectives.
4. The Strategy Department has responsibility for promoting the products, ideas and
mission of the enterprise to bring new and returning customers, leading to growing
revenue, increasing market share and contributing to company growth and profitability.
5. The Digital & Technology Department researches, plans, and implements new
programs and protocols into Choi Xuan Co., Ltd and oversees new service development.
The writer had the chance to practice at Choi Xuan Co., Ltd within 3 months. Under the
guidance of HR Manager - Nguyen Thi Hang, the writer was assigned to work at the
HRD. The HRD is responsible for the whole staffing issues in the organization. The
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a top-level management executive
accountable for the entire human resources department, including administering,
supervising, talent hunting, training and developing. CHRO is also in charge of strategic
planning to change initiatives, higher productivity in employees, efficiency in overall
organization, and cost-effectiveness.
1.1.4: Services
The DP&C Group has an impressive list of clients in a wide range of business sectors,
including Auditing, IT, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Banking, Property &
Construction, Logistics, Commercial, Retail, Legal, Transport, Education, Public and
Government departments. By consistently delivering high quality projects, Choi Xuan
Co.,Ltd always exceed the expectations of our clients and continue to work with the
majority of them to this day.

1.2. Internship activities

The writer had the valuable opportunity to work at Choi Xuan Co., Ltd within 5 weeks.
During the internship there, the writer's task was updating current staff files, creating new
employees' files and make monthly bonding plan for the company. Besides, all the writer
needed to manage was taking care of the supporting job, such as ID Card Activation,
calling for selected participants, coordinating and helping new employees complete
accession processes. Being an intern of the HRD, the writer had the opportunity to apply
and develop the writer's ability, analyzing, observing, and researching. Specifically, the
writer perceived the activities related to the preparation, implementation, and follow-up
of the recruitment process through observation.. Additionally, in the hunt for experienced
persons, it was placed more emphasis on previous experiences, background education,
service duration, respectively, in an attempt to choose the most appropriate skilled
persons. If recruiters chose candidates for entry-level, they focused on momentums,
creativities, ideas that relate to the job description.
