Morning?

do it easily without experiencing difficulties.

to energetic music.

On the contrary, make it a habit to make your going to bed calm and
comfortable. For example, read an interesting “light” book, take a bath, dim the
lights, listen to calm music, drink a decoction of chamomile at night. Try to fall
asleep and wake up at the same time, then the body will rebuild itself and it will
be much easier for you to wake up in the morning, even without an alarm clock.

Everyone can learn to get up early in the morning, but we must remember that
this is primarily a habit that needs to be worked on and developed. Therefore,
you need to have a strong desire, motivation, willpower and everything will
certainly work out. After all, there are many reasons for an early rise and not
one not to do it.
