Professional Dispositions
Strengths:
Seems to be working well under adverse conditions.
Areas for improvement:
Try to communicate more readily and thoroughly.

Planning for Teaching & Learning

Strengths:
The plan is well done and quite thorough. I liked the professional goals. Please see the plan for further
comments
Areas for improvement:
Try to be clearer with the 21st century skills. What are they doing in your lesson to practice these skills?

Managing Teaching & Learning

Strengths:
Managing to progress the students even online with the KG2. Great patience
Areas for improvement:
Try to call more student names if possible. I hear you calling them when they do well, but can you call on
individuals now and then to make sure they are paying attention.

1
Implementing Learning
Strengths:
You moved along at a great pace and had a nice range of activities that gave lots of chance to revisit and
recycle the information.
Areas for improvement:
At some points, you moved on to a new section or concept without really finishing the previous activity.
For example, after the first activity where they sorted the information, can you review any students’ work?
Transitions - make sure you finish an activity and use a good transition

Assessing Learning
Strengths:
Lots of assessment opportunities built into the activities. This was well done. Good use of the inbuilt LMS
assessment tool. Students were responding very well.
Areas for improvement:
Relating to ‘managing learning’, if you call on specific students, you will be able to gauge all students
better.

Reflection
Strengths:
Went well -but only last night they changed to online
They seemed engaged
Areas for improvement:
No suggestions - Wadha – you should try to reflect on your lesson and determine one or two things that you
can improve.
