2. Features
 All types of aRacer ECU supported, including -
RC1/2 Super 、RC1/2、RC Mini 5、RC Mini 、RC Mini+、RS1/2
 Other accessories supported such as -
Race Function Module (GPS data…)、Lap Receiver、AF1 Module、
Exhaust Temperature Module、Coolant Temperature Module
 Plug and Play.
 18~50 hours of record length of time depends on accessories and
status of engine running.
 More record length of time allowed by adjusting data rate
(minimum 0.5Hz).
 Three 0~5V analog signal input channels.
 Two 0~5V analog signal input channels for suspension stroke.
 The logged data can be analyzed with aRacer iView application.

3. Analog signal input wiring

Front suspension AD (0~5000 mV)
6 months Rear suspension AD (0~5000 mV)
AD1 (0~5000 mV)(*)

(* Analog input displayed on iView is EXIN_AD1, EXIN_AD2, EXIN_AD3)

 4.7 You can clear all file by
4. Export log data click “Clear all files” icon on
4.1 Connect logger module to PC/NB via USB (A-B) cable. left bottom and then click
“OK” to confirm.

5. Adjust data rate

5.1 Click “Set Data Rate”
icon on right top.
5.2 Choose a data rate option，
4.2 Execute application  Check Port  Click [Connect] Click ”OK” button.
4.3 It might display the built time if “Race Function” installed. “Default” means it depends
4.4 Choose a file  Click ”Save to PC ”icon on right bottom. on ECU default rate.
4.5 Check file name and save to PC. 5.3 the data rate of 10ms will
4.6 the log file can be analyzed with aRacer iView application. only suitable for suspension
stroke and parameters of Race

6.1 Check Front or Rear
Suspension.
6.2 Fill correct stroke, zero
point, and name.
6.3 Click “OK”button.

7. Parameters from each module

7.1 ECU(Such as RC1/2, RC1/2 Super..) includes 85 parameters.
7.2 Race Function module includes19 parameters.
7.3 AF1 module includes 2 parameters(Wide band AFR、Sensor
Status)
Clear all files Save to PC 7.4 Lap Receiver includes 2 parameters(Lap count、Lap time)
