experience in mobilizing, organizing, planning, facilitating and enhancing, communities to
different activities to improve the vulnerabilities of their livelihoods in reducing poverty.
Develop Monitoring & evaluation guidelines for the companies,Undertake profitability analysis
of the companies. Participating in different activities of implementing, collecting, compiling and
documenting information, administer and managing data base, compile monthly and quarterly
project reports developing monitoring and evaluations plans preparing review meeting reports
and disseminate to the concerned partners & offices. Therefore, I have totally more than 12
