Mobile Phone Industry :- Telecommunication is one of the most vital of all infrastructure service today,
Indian mobile industry grew 17 percent in the third quarter of 2020 as per data by International Data
Corporation (IDC). It shows that there were 54.3 million units shipped during the quarter, which is a 17
percent year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to the third quarter of 2019
❖ To know the various factors attributing to competitive edge of one mobile phone provider over others.
❖ To know whether the users want to change their current mobile when they are permitted to retain the
current mobile phone features that they had.

comparison between to leading mobile phone manufacturing company in India
i.e., XIAOMI & OPPO these companies further have their sub brand XIAOMI
have REDMI and POCO and OPPO have REALME and NARZO

▪ Researcher has used Pie charts as a tool of analysis which has its own limitations.
▪ Data collection methods like interview method can be used to make response more accurate.
▪ Other smartphone brand’s perception can be studied as well like of Samsung and Apple
SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
▪ XIAOMI is performing alright however not sufficient. There are such a large
number individuals not satisfied with the brand.
▪ OPPO made a check among us, since its most of the customers are satisfied
with the product but the market capture is a bit low.
