year and a half from now, but still, the company is facing revenue issues reporting losses. The
question is how these losses would become profits, how managers would plan a strategy to deal with
these changes, and managers of the individual department in the company plan to deal with challenges
faced by the employees at an individual level. One of the main facts is that the Emirates Group has

an increased level of liquidity and has a healthy and very positive level of cash flow (Ceil, 2019).
Still, there is a need that strategies to be adopted that help in saving costs.

There is a need that costs to be reduced at this time. This is the main strategy adopted, as this will
help save the company's most valued employees. On the other hand, it has been seen that the
managers and the leaders have remained committed to remaining in close contact with the
employees, which has been helpful for the managers in knowing more about their needs and
issues that they face at work. To save costs, the employees have been prohibited from any
nonessential travel and have implemented work-from-home policies that can prove to be helpful

is to propel ideas through the to some extent political cycles within the organisation that are

Different theories which I have used in my paper were very useful as well as the leadership
styles and different leaders which I selected were very helpful in doing business. I learned bundle

leadership style in which decisions are discussed with subordinates by their director prior to
execution. This management style aids in the formation of strong bonds between director and

this administration, the organisation will gain more benefits and be able to reduce its expenses.
Emirates' administration includes representatives and various partners who participate in
decision-making. Emirate urged their employees to make their own plans to distinguish and
