INTRODUCTION

In the following text, I will write about John D. Rockefeller. I exposed about his life,
his legacy, what he did that change the world, as has made a difference in society and
as managed to change the world of the industry also because he is my admiration.

First I want to talk about the origins of John D. Rockefeller. He was born in Richford,
New York in July 8, 183 9 and died in May 23, 1937. Was the second of six children in
his family, your father started like a lumberman and after change for salesman who
identified himself as a "botanic physician " and sold elixirs for the Indian.

Rockefeller always was characterized by be an entrepreneur innate. Since was small. He

liked work and be an entrepreneur as well as being a good saver which is admired to

biggest monopoly in the world. But everything in this live is earned with work hard and
perseveration like did Rockefeller because.

In spite of his bad reputation by which was marked Rockefeller. He was a smart person.
Since that was only an adolescent obtained a first job was a bookkeeper and this was
remarkable give that just had sixteen years old. He sought to find a way how would achieve
his dream and did not let nothing stopped in the search for their ideal. Like tow his more
big ambitions were to make $100,000 and to live 100 years.

His spirit of entrepreneur ambitious made that quickly will increase its capital. And that
later will tilt to the petroleum industry which is subsequently encroach upon in almost all
united states. He could take his money saved and used for started with a little company. He
started to make his dream came true with. His partners began to construction of his firm
on the sector of refinery oil in Cleveland, Ohio. After that he and his partners toke the
control of all process of refinery in Cleveland. Can you see how Rockefeller with her
contacts, intelligent and strategist could be an entrepreneur and create a big Napoli that
toke almost all industry of oil with his company Standard Oil in united states and part of
the world.

The standard oil was the first biggest refinery in America. It should be noted that the
maneuver Rockefeller used to be able to acquire the majority of refineries in the United
States. As it was the creation of an alliance between the other refineries in the country

Rockefeller could take his money saved and make the difference in the world Created
thousands of jobs for the population in United States. Impelling the era of the
industrialization and placing around to the country like world power of the world.

Thanks to Rockefeller began the formalization and standardization of work. This could
impact later in future industries. Rockefeller increases the gross domestic product of the
nation. And could be a model to be followed for many entrepreneurs. That as the had a
dream and that thanks to their care and suspicion in the details could always be focused
on catch up their goal.

Among the things that I really admire of John D. Rockefeller. are his perseverance as a
person because they started from scratch and achievement to form one of the largest
monopolies of history, as a person when it is focused on achieving its goals only needs
commitment dedication and effort to achieve it.

And this is just one of the small lessons that leave us this character. Already that we
can observe as in the daily life many people limit themselves limiting their capabilities
and therefore live frustrated by not having fulfilled their dreams. It is for this reason that
we always have to look for ways to achieve our goals. in life as it did a great
Enterprising Rockefeller who knew how to use the opportunities that gave his life and be
able to overcome all your expectations.
Another way Rockefeller ultimately proved to be an extraordinary figure. Was his actions
and his vision became the very essence of the conception of the capitalist entrepreneur,
thus becoming a legend in the business world. And inspired many to realize his dreams an
example of this was Henry Ford how was the next entrepreneur in the industrial business.

Thanks to Rockefeller was that the industry in America took a giant step toward
modernization and the industrial revolution. It should be noted that was the only man
capable of extending a monopoly integer in an entire industry as it was the oil company.
Is a person not only to admire but very welcome as by the after the division of its
monopoly is gave way to the emergence of the small companies that handle this
business.

Apart from being the richest man and mighty in the entire history until today as a
philanthropist Rockefeller decided to make large financial contributions to the society for
the improvement of the same as a part of being a capitalist. He felt the needs to give
something back to society and to all the people who made increase its heading. Through
the construction of universities and libraries for the use of all.

But the most important contribution by Rockefeller was the construction of the
Rockefeller Center. As one of their ultimate ambitions in the field real states which will
today. Is one of the most important business center of the country.

Rockefeller has left us a legacy very large as a visionary and a man business which is
an example of personal growth that we must take into account each day that we wake up
and is always keep it concentrates in our goals and dreams and take advantage of the
opportunities that gives us life to reach and be completely happy.

But there is only one way to achieve this. Is with intelligence and commitment and effort
and have more than all the desire to overcome and be as a person and not only that but
to make a contribution to society.
