Business Analysis
technical business analyst with SQP experience working for large clients.

develop senior relationships to gain a deep understanding of the innovative business and
design experiences and map to technology processes and systems/services
facilitate workshops for alignment, ideation and iteration, for small and large groups
embed a Human Centred Design approach in the team’s ways of working
produce customer journey maps, flowcharts, process maps, wireframes and prototypes for
testing and validation
develop user stories within the defined documentation framework
take ownership by starting from ground zero to own, define and support our solutions
collaborate with colleagues across the globe and deliver solutions to support our global
business
work with the scrum team and business users to ensure solution quality

Skills / Experience You Will Need

5+ years’ experience in analysis of scalable, enterprise applications
a collaborative attitude, bringing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
adept at engaging, collaborating and influencing people at all levels and areas
entrepreneurial, highly motivated and self-directed with a strong delivery mindset
experience working in an agile team using story mapping, task flows, needs analysis and
prioritisation
a flexible, commercial, and practical approach to design, while remaining the advocate for the
end user
strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking abilities with well-structured written
and verbal communications
deliver complex projects working across multiple streams, multiple regions, with multiple
vendors
