Areas of Strength
1. Amy is a natural follower of directions.
2. Amy has a powerful desire to learn and is quite curious.

Areas of Need
3. Amy has difficulty exploring understanding freely when she is above the 2nd grade level.
4.Amy's spelling needs to improve.

Instructional Accommodations:
Writing Skills
5. Use a highlighter to make it easier for Amy to read cursive and compositions.
6. Allow Amy to use an inclination board for any work that requires writing.

Arithmetic
7. Amy should use graphing paper to properly line up her numbers when solving arithmetic
problems.
8. Amy should be provided examples of numerical statements to look up.

Word Problems
9. Amy would appreciate it if the word problems were written down on paper or on a whiteboard
so she could keep track of them.

Reading Comprehension
10. To increase Amy's reading comprehension, low vocabulary and high-interest books should
be introduced once more.
11. Give Amy more time on the test.

12. Make Amy's learning lessons more consistent.
