Student Project - Application Invited - Reg:-

APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University invites proposals for financial

assistance to innovative projects by Under Graduate students of Government, Aided and
Government controlled Self Financing Colleges under the scheme of Centre for
Engineering Research and Development (CERD). Under Graduate students of Private Self
Financing Colleges with atleast one NBA accredited Programme can also apply. The
objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to Under Graduate students (a
group of students of 7th semester B.Tech and 9 th semster B.Arch) of affiliated Colleges
under APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Based on the merits of the proposal,
each project will be eligible for a maximum assistance of Rs 50,000/-.The Heads of
Institutions shall make a primary vetting of the Student Project proposals received
in their Institutions as to their feasibility and relevance before forwarding them to
the University. The scanned copy of the signed documents of the selected projects may
be sent to the email sp@ktu.edu.in from the institutional mail id. No individual applications
will be entertained.

The details of the scheme and Application format are available in University
website www.ktu.edu.in . I request you to give wide publicity for the scheme among the
students of your institution and motivate the students to undertake innovative projects. The
last date for receipt of proposals is 21.02.2022.
