as for this kind of social problems and come down to the survey among the public, the

deviation might become bigger as time goes on, and not appropriate in the modern

world, so this article can only used as the reference of the common diseases, but as for

the data, this can only used as the reference of the proportion of the whole data. The

author of this article have been working in this field for many years, so she is quite

qualified to undertake this research. ‘The path to a healthier China requires changes in

both diet and lifestyle, as well as safer food and water sources. The Chinese

government and organizations such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control are

continuing their efforts in controlling and preventing these common diseases in

China.’ This is the conclusion and a quotation in this report, and it fitly conclude the

whole goal of this article. This report objectively states some common diseases in
China, the causes, and also some solutions to figure it out. However, this shortages are

also clear that the date of this article is a little early, and some of the data is no longer

relevant.

science article which was aim to popularize some scientific knowledge about the ways

to prevent ourselves from being ill, and let us realize that how close the disease is to

article do have limits. In this article, the author was talking about the way to prevent

the disease, but the ways that the writer indicates was just about the actions that the

individuals can do to improve themselves, but not the solutions for the whole

countries, which means that the writer may not think about the availability of the

solutions when it was execute by the unit of countries, and some of the solutions
might be hard for countries to put this tactic into practice. However, the ways in this

passage are actually good and effective, I can actually use the solutions in the article

as the reference, and it successfully open my mind about think of the ways to solve

the problems in China. The writer is a expert in the field of Nutrition and Disease

Prevent, also, the website that this article available from was working the field of

Healthy and Clinic Medicine for over 15 years, so this article is quite relevant and

scientific. ‘ If you are overweight or obese, you are at higher risk of developing

serious health problems, including heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes,

gallstones, breathing problems and certain cancers. If you are overweight or obese,

you doctor or nutritionist will be able to help you get on the right path towards your

ideal body mass.’ This is the quotation of the article, and this is about the group of

people who need to get help from the other expert in order to get rid of the health

issue in one of the ways that the author provide, which is really specific and

professional.

https://lifehacks.io/preventing-lifestyle-diseases/ [Accessed 12 March 2021]. This

paper is talking about 9 simple lifestyle changes to prevent lifestyle disease, just like

what the title said, and this is a science article which was aim to popularize some

scientific knowledge about the ways to prevent ourselves from being ill, and let us

realize that how close the disease is to us. The audiences of this article are all the

people around the world, but also, this article do have limits. In this passage, the

writer only suggests some ways that we can do in order to prevent the lifestyle

diseases, but the author just contended her point but not quote the data, which makes

the passage lack of scientific accuracy. Nevertheless, there were some hyperlinks in

this article that points out the reference of this paper which make the article become

more reliable and valid. Also, the author and the website both working of this field for

over 25 years, so we can believe that their solutions are available. ‘To wash out toxins

from your body it is essential to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. This

will also help in keeping your body hydrated and your metabolism high.’ This is the

quotation of the article in the part of ‘Keep Yourself Hydrated’, which directly points

out the way to keep a good lifestyle, how to implement this strategy, and the effects of

https://www.indexmundi.com/china/major_infectious_diseases.html [Accessed 18

September 2021]. This article is talking about China’s major infectious diseases, and

article is ‘Chinese’ major infectious disease, but the main content in this article is not

about the diseases in China, but the contagious in Africa, and there was no typical

diseases in China that was occurred in this article, except the Covid-19 virus, but the

covid is not really appropriate to use in my essay. However, the data in this article is

really comprehensive and time-efficient, and it also compare the situation in China

with the situation in USA, which makes the whole essay scientific enough and mature

enough. ‘a new coronavirus is causing an outbreak of respiratory illness (COVID-19)

in China; illness with this virus has ranged from mild to severe with fatalities

reported; the US Department of State has issued a do not travel advisory for China

due to COVID-19; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has also

at https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices/warning/novel-coronavirus-china.’ This in

the quotation in this article, and the author use the hyperlink to make her essay more

reliable, and the writer start with something small and gradually expand to a national

or even global level, which make the passage more meaningful.
