Detailed Lesson Plan (DLP) is a teacher's “roadmap” for a lesson.

It contains a detailed description of the


steps a teacher will take to teach a particular topic. A typical DLP contains the following parts:
Objectives, Content, Learning Resources, Procedures, Remarks and Reflection. A good lesson plan
should include the following 5 components; lesson topic, class objectives, procedure, time
management, and student practice.
