services to its clients. Use machine learning to perform predictive maintenance by analysing data from light
monitoring sensors, batteries, solar cell etc,.
Purpose of the Project:

Implementation & integration of software & Mobile Application along with 5 years of Operations &
Maintenance of IoT System with customized Dashboard for Smart Solar Street Lights under ‘Mukhyamantri
Gramin Smart Solar Street Light Yojana MGSSLY’ in the State of BIHAR”

Scope of Work:
Sivisoft has been tasked to provide centralized remote monitoring system for Smart Solar Street Light
project under MGSSLY for its client.
 Collecting data from control room to monitor health of each streetlights for different
districts
 Alert & Notification to the right people in case of any fault streetlights captured
 Customized Dashboards and Charts
 Provide insights & predictive maintenance on the receive data

Proposed Solution:
SiviSoft propose a Central Monitoring System with our ServiceDx capabilities to monitor the above
parameters and provide alert, notification & key insights using the data received from the RMS hardware.
The input data will be forwarded to ServiceDX with a time gap of 4hrs (Min 6 times per day)
ServiceDx will be set up with the following capabilities: -

1. Receive the events from controllers .
2. Set up rules & configuration on events to notify right people via email/sms
3. Archive the event
4. Configure & set up customizable dashboard on real time
5. Provide ability to generate reports and charts
SquareML will be set up with the following capabilities: -

1. Machine Learning algorithms to better utilization of assets.
2. Analyze patterns in lighting for effective advanced maintenance
3. Predict RUL of lamps using data to reduce downtime
4. Optimize peak performance of assets by providing key insights
5. Minimize power consumptions.

Sivisoft Solutions will work closely with ‘Client Name’ to meet all deliveries, consistent with project
management best practices and guidelines. The following table outlines the deliverables and respective
responsibilities.

Integration
SiviSoft’ s team will analyses & work together with the members in the control room to integrate the
necessary web service calls, APIs or any other required integration proto calls from the control rooms to
get the data into the system for accurate monitoring.
Configuration :
The configuration of the project for 38 districts & central monitoring system will be done in 6 working weeks.
 20 users each for 38 districts & central monitoring system (total upto 800 users)
 Setting up user based login for each district, CMS with support, admin, super admin & super super
admin access.
 Setting up the parameters to be monitored
1. District wise departments
2. Setting up assets & events coming from each asset
3. Defining rules & subscriptions for different parameters
 Testing sample use cases with real time data from control rooms
 Setting up district wise dashboards
 Creating insights & preventive maintenance from the data collected
Implementation :
After successfully integration & configuration the project implementation shall be done in phase bases. The
same can be discussed with the client & priority district list can be obtained for implementation. The implementation
time span shall be 12 working weeks.

Assumptions & Expectations:

Sivisoft Solutions expects the following from client to ensure efficient and timely service delivery:
1. Suitable work environment and access to all the necessary data from the controllers when onsite as and
when necessary.
2. Provide access to necessary reports, applications, and systems.
3. Sivisoft will have employees & consultants working onsite as required. Accommodation & travel to be
provided by client as & when needed.
4. Sivisoft will have its dedicated resources working out of the locations as & when needed.
Customization :
The project is developed & designed to cater the automation needs for the Smart Solar Street Light Project. The
required customizations & dashboards can be set as per the requirement of the client.
Maintenance:

The total software maintenance will be under SiviSoft scope. If any major software updates to be done at the sight or
control rooms the same shall be intimated to the client & done during the non-monitoring hours so that the street
light monitoring is not disturbed.
