General Terms and Conditions

The following general terms and conditions have been put in place to ensure you and your
companions have and enjoyable holiday, your neighbors enjoy having you stay at the room and
everyone’s health and safety is safeguarded.
All guest and visitors must ensure the do:

 Not disturb other guest and /or neighbors,

 Obey local rules and respect the local community they are visiting,
 Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the room,
 Obey smoking rules at apartment and place all cigarette butts in the rubbish bin,
 Consume alcohol responsibly, not use drugs or conduct any illegal activity,
 Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided,
 Immediately report any damages or breakages to the Hotel Manager or our office
So they can be repaired or replaced,
 Respect the environment by minimizing water usage and by switching of lights and air
conditioning when leaving the room,
 Leave the hotel in clean and tidy conditions when checking out.

- No pets are allowed

Property and Cancellation Policies :

 1st (first) night non-refundable deposit to be charged upon booking and the balance of
payment is available to be settled upon your arrival.
 If no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
 Your credit card details are only used to guarantee your booking.
 Full payment will be done at the hotel.
