Please Note:
• Your Candidate Number comprises all ten (10) digits of your Registration
Number.
• The first six digits of your Candidate Number indicate your Centre Number
• Individual Timetables can be collected at the Ministry of Education, Tower A, #5.
St. Vincent Street, Port of Spain between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:30 pm
(Monday – Friday).
• Individual timetables can also be downloaded from the Student Portal on CXC’s
website: https://ors.cxc.org:/studentportal/
• A form of picture identification (Driver’s Permit/National ID Card/Passport)
MUST be presented to the Examinations Supervisor at every sitting of your
examinations. Candidates who do not present a picture identification will not be
allowed into the examination room;
• Candidates are reminded that it is an offense, punishable by law, to impersonate
another candidate at the examinations;
• All COVID-19 prevention protocols must be observed at the examination centre,
including the washing of hands, wearing of mask and social distancing.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Candidates should be properly attired upon entry to the Examinations Centre
• No Smoking is allowed on the school compound
• No interaction is allowed with the school population
