Strengths:

Jawaher shows a commitment to the profession by preparing her lessons and demonstration a positive
attitude towards teaching and learning.jawaher has completed her lesson plan and was given to the MCT
before the class. Lesson plan includes relevant strategies for teaching and learning.

Areas for improvement:

None for the moment.

Planning for Teaching & Learning


Strengths:
Jawaher also used strategies to keep students involved in the lesson.  Her lesson plan was given
via email to the Mentor Course Teacher a day before class.  Review the lesson plans; the feedback
is on the plans.
Areas for improvement:
she needs a new interactive tool to keep all students focus and participating

Managing Teaching & Learning


Strengths:
Jawaher greeted students; she went into the class routine; she quickly went over the classroom rules and
objectives. The rules were appropriate, the wording should be direct for grade 1 students.

Areas for improvement:


Jawaher did mange the classroom rules and routine so there is no need for the time.

Strengths:
employs various questioning and elicitation techniques the various levels in her online classroom.
 She uses various effective teaching/learning techniques
