RP21 03 24 (02) Rezzaki Mohamed How You Can Choose A Topic Email21
First, your email address and title should be professional - just your full name; no 'beautebrezilienne', 'Tasty
Sound' or 'Match space, ...!
If email address does not bear you full name create a new email for your RP correspondence.
The line just above is just an example with my full name; it can be rendered with the sign + in this way
VERY IMPORTANT:
1. the subject or the title of your email should be the same as the name of your file.
2. This means that your file should be sent in a MS Word format with the same title as that of your email.
(When I finish this email, I will send it again in MS Word format and with the same title to show you
how).
3. Once you and your supervisor agree on an Outline, your next email should bear the same element + the
section of your outline which you have just written. The example above can show like this
RP21 03 24 (2) Rezzaki Mohamed + Title of your paper + the section you are sending in the email)
Good morning,
Send me three topics on Moroccan Culture and Society and I will select one of these three for you to work on.
To make your choice, you should consider two major points:
Your three proposals should be your OWN and one proposal is not accepted.
Avoid any topic which you know has been covered before.
Decide whether you topic is going to be a desk research (done through books and the internet from home)
or a field research (desk research + going to places and contacting and asking people)
The feasibility of the research - can you culturally work without problems on such or such topic (for
example, 'homosexuality' was chosen and then dropped by many students)
The availability of documents (documentation and the way you document your paper are crucial parts of
your research)
Pluck up the courage
