DISASTER FUND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

Getting a disaster renovation fund is a very tiring and complicated process in India. It
may take weeks even months for funds to get approved and people have to visit the
concerned officers again and again for status verification of user belongings and properties or
categories. Here our proposed project automates the renovation fund process from both,
bankers as well as customer’s side during disaster time. Here customers may see various
renovation types provided along with required belongings and properties during the disaster
timings . Here once the customer fills basic enquiry form, it reaches the government side i.e.:
admin side the user gets a login id password. The server administrator now can check it and
select whether to go forward or reject the candidate. If he needs to go forward the funds may
be sent to customer to next stage. Now the customer gets stage 1 approval and needs to
upload his loss of properties, belongings according to the categories at the time of disaster
and the status can be verified by the user through login process. Once the details of property
losses and the loss of belongings are submitted they are cross verified at the server and reply
is sent to server. The admin may now cross verify customer details and also requests for
proper details from the user side by sending online alerts to the customer mobile number. The
customer just needs to upload needed information and data through online and can also track
fund status. He gets an message once his funds has been approved. The approval of funds are
done by the administrator according to the user requirements and with respect to the loss of
belongings and properties.
