Hostel management system

Abstract

The project title is “Hostel Management System” web application system is geared
towards maintaining all the hostel records of the students. This specially designed to cater to the
different departments of the hostel and it is well equipped with various interactive features which
are really simple for anyone to use. Hostel management by manual way is tedious process, since
it involves work load and time consumption. In this system, we can easily manage the hostel
details, room details, student records, mess expenditure, mess bill calculation, easy way of room
allocation, student’s IN/OUT entry details and hostel attendance. The main feature of this project
is easy to allocate for the student and also easy to calculate mess bill and also that calculated
mess bill is automatically sent to the particular mobile number. This Hostel Management System
is developed in favor of the hostel management team which helps them to save the records of the
students about their rooms and other things.
