Anne of Green Gables revolves around Anne's life in Prince Edward Island from adoption to graduation
to becoming a teacher here. Anne is a very special girl, with red hair, a freckled face and a thin, skinny
body. She always assumed no one needed her, until one day she was adopted by the Cuthbert family.
Anne was extremely happy until she realized a terrible confusion: the Cuthbert family in fact needed a
boy and not a girl. But in the end, Anne was accepted to stay in the Cuthbert family.

Should you read a book first or watch a movie first

Actually, I have not watched the movie. That is Anne with an E is it? Well from my point of view, it
depends on the book. With Anne of the green gables, I think it is better to read the book first. As you
you can imagine and visualise everything (the characters how they looked. how they dressed, the events
where they take place. when they'd happend, etc…) inside your head. When you read the book, you get
a more in-depth and clearer view of things, characters, events and places; it is more detailed than a
movie. You can go through the book at your own pace, read and re-read various sections until you are
absolutely satisfied. Also, the book is known as the classic children's literature, so it is easy to read, the
writer also describes the natural landscape in the story very detailed and colorful so you can easily
imagine the story.
I think the second presenter had a very smooth delivery. Her voice was loud enough and she did show
some enthusiasm in her speech. For the Q&A part, she repeated the questions and gave appropriate
answers.
