desirability of the company maintaining a reputation for high standards of business conduct the
need to act fairly as between members of the company.

Cinematographer: A cinematographer, also known as a Director of Photography, is in charge of the

camera and the lighting crew. They’re the person responsible for creating the look, color, lighting,
and for framing of every single shot in a film. The film’s director and cinematographer work closely
together, as the main job of a cinematographer is to ensure that their choices support the director’s
overall vision for the film.

An editor is someone who takes a clip/video from footage from either their video or movie and edits them for
clients or for themselves. Editors are responsible for checking facts, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.There are
also times when editors need to step in and cut out what doesn't fit to the purpose of the story and guide the
attention towards the areas that the reading audience should focus. Editors are used in various industries and for
many types of products, such as magazines, newspapers, blogs, and books.

 Approach
• This is the first I photo edited it
wasn’t too great because it was the
first one, I did, and I didn’t know the
technical words needed to edit.

Progression I started photoshop with no
knowledge and experience at
all now I know how to edit
picture like coloring them and
changing the shape, size and
blending them also learning
about overlays and layers.
These images show that I've
improved and progressed both
my knowledge and ability of
using photoshop they show how
I've changed colors made them
lighter and darker, blended
and layered the images. The
image I started with was hard
to produce an idea for because
of the lack of detail in it but it
also gave ,me more space and
time to add to it and give
purpose and story to it. This is
the final image I produced.
