6.6 Configuring the squeegee path

The system establishes and determines the printing travel based on the
programmed strength of the PCB.
10 mm are added to this strength on either side. The starting value is
generally set at a distance of 10 mm before the printing layout begins.
D-64646 Heppenheim

If the layout on the LP is substantially smaller than the PCB, this value
EuroDok GmbH

may be adjusted accordingly.

Benzstraße 2a

Warning:
Make sure that printing and coating squeegee are not directly touching
the screen when configuring the squeegee path, since printing without
solder paste may rapidly wear out the squeegees.

Change and adjust, if necessary, the parameters on the TV screen in

such a way that both printing and coating processes cover the entire print
layout. The original (null) position is the inside edge of the front transport
jaw. This is where the circuit-board abuts.
† Measure the distance from the abutting circuit-board edge to the print
layout and subtract at least 10 mm from the result.
† Enter this figure into the parameter window OPERATE SQUEEGEE

7 Machine Maintenance

The functions of the individual components of the machine mostly de-

pend on the quality of the cleaning and maintenance. Insufficient mainte-
nance causes unnecessary wear and may result in a decrease in
production time because the machine is not in operation.

The time intervals indicated are valid for machines in single-shift opera-
tion (8 hours).
If the machine operates in high ambient temperatures and if materials are
processed which generate large amounts of dust, these intervals must be
correspondingly shortened.
