This is the pattern in the OP as far as I can tell. It has a 14 row repeat.
Thread the tablets as shown in the threading
diagram, with your tablets labelled as shown (that’s one of my many bad habits- I long ago stopped bothering to label new tablets). Start with the D and A holes of every tablet uppermost, then turn every tablet forward for 4 rows (the pattern should read “All F” for row 4). Turn tablets 1-4 forward and tablets 5-8 backwards for three rows. Turn all the tablets forwards for a further 4 rows, then tablets 1-4 backwards and tablets 5-8 forwards for three rows to complete the pattern repetition. This one is the pattern for the band I posted a picture of upthread and has an 8 row repeat. Thread your tablets as shown and begin with the D and A holes uppermost. Turn all the tablets forwards for 4 rows, then turn tablets 1-3 and 9-11 forwards and tablets 4-8 backwards for 4 rows to complete the repeat. On both of the pattern diagrams the grey shaded areas in the boxes show that the tablets are being turned backwards, while the unshaded squares show that the tablets are being turned forwards. This all assumes that the weaver is positioned with the forming cloth directly in from of them. I would recommend adding two border tablets to each side of the pattern, threaded S and Z, to give a firm, tidy selvedge.
