 The mandatory contents of a return adress are the organizations name,
address, zipcode, telephone number, email activities and websites.

15-16. What should the body of a business letter contain and how should it be
written?
The body letter contains a the signature, recipient's company name and
the recipient's address are all included in different sections of a letter,
such as the heading or the signature. The body of a business letter
includes your purpose for writing. This is the section that contains the
most information and represents the main body of the text. Must clear
and informative and accurate.

17-18. Explain the content of the first paragraph of a business letter.


In the first paragraph, introduce what you are writing about and what
you want from them. In the subsequent  paragraphs, explain the nature
of your problem and what they can do for you. Be non-combative and
straight to the point. The common to first is to thank someone or
introduce yourself.

final paragraph) of a business letter?
It should provide the main information of the letter and build on the main
purpose in the introduction. And it should shortly summarize the intent
of the formal letter some call to action. The body of the letter is the most
important part of the letter. It contains the actual message to be
conveyed. It may be broken into various paragraphs, each paragraph
dealing with only one idea. Begin with the new paragraph each time you
say something new.
