Abstract: The authors who intend to submit manuscripts to CISAK 2017 are recommended to use this template
directly. Please remove the unnecessary text in this template and replace it by the text originated by the authors.
Abstract must include the summary of objective, method and findings of the paper or study. Abstract should be
written in 9 pt., justified, single line spacing and italic. Maximum length is 200 words.

Keywords: this section should contain the essential terms from the paper, maximum 5 words and separated with
commas.

Introduction
Extended abstracts should be written according to the below structure. Sub-headings in the
body of the abstract (Introduction, Methods, Findings and Argument, and Conclusion) can be used
when necessary. Extended abstracts are limited to three (3) A4-pages (including all figures) and 2 MB
in a file size. Manuscripts exceeding page limits will be truncated at the limit.
1. Title of paper
2. Author name and affiliation
3. Abstract and keywords
4. Introduction
5. Methods
6. Findings and Argument
7. Conclusion
8. References
The section title uses 11 pt, bold, and Arial. For body of the text, use 10 pt Arial with single
spacing between lines, no spacing between paragraph and 12 pt spacing for the next heading. To set
the style, simply use this template.
Introduction should scope (1) the objective and state of the problem, (2) briefly review related
literature, (3) brief method and (4) provide an overview of the main results of the work. Citation of
related literatures should use the IEEE Style in Microsoft Word, or please refer
https://www.ieee.org/documents/ieeecitationref.pdf for further information. This is the example.

Pellentesque luctus sed mi sit amet porttitor [3].

Methods
This section explains about how the research was conducted or the approach to the topic. The
section title might be also changed to “Approach” or “Design”. You may include figures, table or graph
in this part to make easier understanding.

Findings and Argument

This section is the most vital part of the paper, therefore it should clearly provide the results or
findings of the study while pointing out the evidence and arguments. Write in a straightforward style.
Try to avoid long sentences and complex sentence structures.
Equations are to be numbered consecutively throughout the paper. The equation number, in
parentheses, should be placed flush with the right-hand margin of the column. When possible, use an
equation editor. Equations and formulae should be typed and numbered consecutively with Arabic
numerals in parentheses on the right hand side of the page (if referred to explicitly in the text). They
should also be separated from the surrounding text by one space.

Figures and table could be displayed in this section to help easier explanation. They will be
included in page limit and must have appropriate size so the important detail are legible and clear. You
may set them above, below or beside the explanation, but the caption must be keep below the figures
and table.

Figure 1: Insert a caption below each figure. It is suggested to use the Insert, Caption feature from Microsoft Word. If you use
Insert, Cross-Reference then your Figure numbering referencing will be consistent. Make sure you use the Caption style for text
formatting. Font format is Arial, size 8 pt.

Conclusion
Conclusion should include (1) the principles and generalizations inferred from results, (2) any
limitation or exceptions to these principles and generalizations, (3) theoretical and/or practical
implication of the work, and (5) conclusions and recommendations.

References
References are to be listed and numbered at the end of the paper with a left-justified format
and refer to the IEEE Bibliography Style (link mentioned in the Introduction part). The text which refers
the references should show them as [1]. Multiple references are each numbered with separate
brackets (e.g. [2], [3], [4]–[6]).
