Periodical Increment Certificate.


(Treasury Rule 272 )

1. Certified that the Government servant named below have earned the prescribed periodical increments from the date cited in column 6 having been incumbents of the post
specified for not less than one years from the date of column 5 after deducting period of suspension for misconduct etc. and absence on leave without pay in the case of
those holding the post in officiating capacity or holding temporary post in substantive capacity all kinds of leave other than leave on average pay during which they would
have continued to officiate in the post but for their going on leave, up to a maximum of four month of such leave taken at a time.

Further certified that during the period/periods of leave on average pay taken at a time from _____________ to ___________ and from __________ to ___________ which
has / have been counted for increment in the case of officiating Government servant/servants named below he/they would have officiated in the post(s) but for his/their going
on leave.

2. Certified that the Government servant named below have earned will earn periodical increment for the date cited, for reasons stated in the explanatory memo attached
