Audio/visual problems:

We are not recording any audio here, so we do not have to worry about any audio problems. We have
talked about the fact that we may have an issue if members of the public get into shot. To avoid this, we
will go to an isolated area of the bar.

Weather conditions: We will be filming inside so we do not need to worry about the weather. We will
carry all the equipment in their cases so they will be protected if it rains.

Continuity: We are filming there for one day only so nothing too drastic should be changed. For the
smaller things, we will be cautious not to move anything and if we pause for a while, we can take
pictures of what it looks like when we cut scene.

Electricity/Lighting issues: we will be using the lights in the bar and natural light coming from the
windows. When we get there, we can figure out the best angles in terms of getting the best lighting.

Set dressing: We will not need to change anything about the set as we want it to be as authentic as
possible.

Welfare: There will be places to purchase refreshments. Toilets will be available on the premises.
Parking/Public transport to location: there is free parking.

Covid 19 restrictions: we will provide hand sanitizer and if people chose to, they could wear a mask
when not on camera and socially distance.
