INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THE ARTS
CAA seeks to offer educational programs and opportunities for discussion and
debate in response to copyright legislation affecting educators, scholars,
museum professionals, and artists. Recent projects include the Andrew W.
Mellon Foundation funded Code of Best Practices in Fair Use for the Visual Arts,
which has been adopted by cultural institutions and academic publishers since its
creation.
