The 4th amendment states:
The 4th amendment states that the right of people to be secure in their
persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and
seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable
cause supported by Oath or affirmation, and partially describing the place to
be searched and the persons or things to be seized.
What does this Amendment mean?
The 4th amendment means. It protects people from unreasonable searches
and seizures by the government.
One quote by founding fathers about this Amendment

Quote: “Now, one of the most essential branches of english liberty is the
freedom of ones house. A man’s house is his castle, and whilst he is quiet, he is
as well guarded as a prince in his castle”

This quote means against unreasonable searches or seizures shall not be


violated.
Why did the Founding Fathers include this Amendment in the Bill of Rights?
Why did they think this was important enough to include?

The founding fathers included this amendment in the bill of rights because
they believed that having freedom from government intrusion into one’s
home was a natural right. It was important enough to include because no
person should not go in to anyone house without any privacy or warrant.
In what specific way is this Amendment being honored and
respected today:

The 4th amendment is being honored and respected today by having protection to the
American citizens from unreasonable searches so they honor and respect by needing a
warrant first.
In what specific way is this part Amendment being violated and
disrespected today:

The 4th Amendment is being violated and disrespected today because by am


arrest or if it happens without consent or a warrant etc.
What specifically can we do to help insure that this sacred is
honored in the United States:

We can insure that this sacred is honored in the United States by having
people and the government following the 4th Amendment and not having the
government or policies etc search your own property without consent or
warrant.
If this amendment was respected in Panem. How would this
affect their society?

If the 4th amendment was respect in Panem, it would affect their society by
letting them having some freedom and protection to themselves.
