Introduction:
This report is actually about a person, who did very good financial decisions in crucial times and
helped the companies to save from collapse and also re-established the almost destroyed
companies. That brilliant person is Jamie dimon current CEO of JPMorgan. This report will help
you to guide the different aspects of Jamie dimon’s life. You will know about his struggle for
better career. You will also learn how to be consistent when something come in your way of
goal.
Summary:
This report is about the successful banker and finance businessman Jamie Dimon CEO of JP
Morgan the number one bank of America, his struggles in the field of banking and finance. The
way he turns the fortune of endangered organizations in a blink of an eye. Using same and
phenomenal tactics. His leadership, courage, ethics and strong come backs are the keys of report
which I want our audience to implement for real. Jamie Dimon portrayed the persona which can
be inspiration and guidance for the world for surviving the organizational and personal goals

Body:
In 1982 Jamie dimon joined American Express as a personal assistant of Sandy Weill. After
doing work with sandy Weill, Jamie felt he is at the top of finance game. Sandy wanted to
become no one guy at American Express and Jamie wanted to helped his mentor to achieve task.
But due to some uncertainty Jamie left American Express in 1985.Sandy had also sold the
company to Warren Buffet.
The two then took over Commercial Credit, a consumer finance company, from Control Data. At
30 years of age, Dimon served as the chief financial officer, helping to turn the company around.
Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, in 1998 Dimon and Weill were able to form a large
financial services conglomerate, Citigroup. Dimon left Citigroup in November 1998, after being
asked to resign by Weill during a weekend executive retreat. It was rumoured at the time that he
and Weill argued in 1997 over Dimon's not promoting Weill's daughter, Jessica M. Bibliomic,

although that happened over a year before Dimon's departure. At least one other account cites a
request by Dimon to be treated as an equal as the real reason.

In 1999, penguin was not going well, the company needs a person who save it from ruin. Jamie
dimon due to his intelligence, experience, hard work, company earned well capital of 4.4 billion
in the next 12 months. His techniques were proved useful.
In 2003 jp Morgan was stuck in interim scandal. Company was in need of person who help the
company to survive in the market. Firstly, Jamie merged the bank one and jp Morgan. Because
they both are looking to deal from business perspective. After merging Jamie became the CEO.
then he reshaped the jpm in his usual style and created fortress balance sheet. Jpm also bought
the bear Stearns bank during housing crisis first bank fail in pandemic.

Conclusion:
Jamie Dimon inspires not only his employees but also the entire world in and through the field of
business not professionally but morally too. He portrays excellent human skills in his leadership.
Person must be willing to take necessary risks to achieve personal and professional goals. Have
strong comebacks, treat everyone equally and stay loyal to yourself only. Bring the best from the
worst.
Recommendations:
Jamie dimon is the real example for those who don’t want to take risk in life. For those who
don’t want to move forward in life. Only the one thing to do is take step with full effort. Don’t be
dishearten in life due to looseness, because if Jamie loose heart he never be a billionaire, if he did
not move forward when his boss where he spend a big part of his life, fired him. He never lose
hope, he move forward with a better vision.
